Gavin Wood is shaking off his CEO title at Parity Technologies, the key backer supporting the Polkadot ecosystem. He will remain a majority shareholder in Parity Technologies, and another co-founder Björn Wagner will become the company’s new CEO. Wood said he will focus on making Polkadot “more relevant to large swathes of the population” in his new role as Chief Architect.

According to Glassnode, the number of addresses holding 1+ ETH just reached an ATH of 1,598,434. Bitcoin is up 2.37% over the last 24 hours and rose to an intraday high of $19,660.00. The largest cryptocurrency rose above the 20-day exponential moving average (EMA) ($19,342) on Oct. 24, and the relative strength index is above 50, suggesting a possible recovery. If the price slips below the 20-day EMA, the BTC/USDT pair could drop to $19,000. Conversely, if the price breaks above the 50-day simple moving average ($19,590), the BTC/USDT could rise above $20,000.
