American game developer and publisher Take-Two announced that it has completed its acquisition of social gaming company Zynga for $12.7 billion. The deal, which was first announced in January, will bring Zynga’s popular games under Take-Two ownership, including Farmville and Words With Friends. Previously, Zynga planned to increase the size of its blockchain team from 15 to 100 people and launch an NFT-based game by the end of 2022.

Uniswap Labs tweeted that as of today, the Uniswap Protocol has passed a lifetime cumulative trading volume of $1 Trillion. Bitcoin is up 1.81% over the last 24 hours and rose to an intraday high of $29,845.86. The largest cryptocurrency continues to trade in a tight range between $28,500 and $30,000, struggling to make a decisive breakout, indicating neither bulls nor bears are willing to make their move. The relative strength index (RSI) on the daily chart remains below the oversold level, and the Crypto Fear and Greed Index still shows the market is in extreme fear, suggesting that the market sentiment has not recovered yet.
